Case #4 - Partial Denture, Implants and Crowns

Case details : Patient had lost most back teeth, bite support, and had ground down remaining front teeth. Patient was unable to eat, chew and speak well, was unhappy with his appearance and did not mind a removable appliance. Implants were placed on upper, all porcelain crowns were fabricated for front teeth, upper and lower removable partial dentures were fabricated to match.
