Our mission :
At Old Hook Dental we want to be an example of what is possible in dentistry, not just another office. Listing our high standards, ethics and technology we use as part of our mission to us seems redundant - those should be givens. Just as our office and business is different, so will our mission be. If every office lists the same qualities over and over they tend to lose their meaning. Simply put - We want the bar to be a little higher, to provide excellent instead of acceptable, maintain the traditional dentist-patient relationship now being overthrown by corporate dental care facilities and lastly, for our patients to leave with more than they expected walking in.
Our Vision :
It is our vision for Old Hook Dental to provide the highest quality dental care to our family of patients in an environment free from the corporate influence of putting profits above patients. Our success will be obtained by doing things right, providing dentistry to the best of our ability and giving our customers an experience worthy of their investment in dentistry to improve their lives. We are a dental health facility that does not meet your and our own expectations; we exceed them - that is what separates us. Dr. Aurbach will have established relationships with his patients wherein they trust him to discuss any dental issue they may have, no matter how personal. They know we will listen, be there for them and feel confident that the treatment we recommend would be the same we would offer to our own family.
